8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Use or harms other users or the Platform.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after posting changes shows that you’ve accepted these changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Michigan.
